Can you coordinate models from our M&E subcontractors?+
Yes — this is one of our most common engagements. We work directly with your mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors to develop or enhance their models, then federate them with the architectural and structural models for clash detection and CORENET X submission.
What does a clash report look like?+
We deliver a documented clash report identifying all hard, soft and workflow clashes across disciplines, with each issue classified by severity, location, and responsible party. Reports are delivered in PDF and can be exported to your preferred coordination platform.
Do you support CORENET X Construction Gateway submissions?+
Yes. We prepare and coordinate the federated BIM model required for the Construction Gateway, including IFC+SG validation and clash resolution. The Qualified Person retains submission authority — we handle the model preparation and resolve any Written Directions.
How do you scope a project?+
We start by reviewing your tender documents, contract scope, and design drawings. Then we create a deliverable schedule that breaks down your contract into specific BIM outputs (clash reports, coordinated models, shop drawings, etc.) with milestone dates. You receive this scoping document before any modelling work begins, so there's no ambiguity about what gets delivered and when.
What's included in the scope?+
We model items within your contractual scope—whether you're a consultant, GC, or subcontractor. For elements outside your scope, we can run clash checks to resolve interface issues. For design-build projects, we can handle full BIM delivery.
What BIM software do you use?+
Revit, ArchiCAD, Tekla, OpenBuildings, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, and others. We also support OpenBIM/IFC workflows where required.
What Level of Detail do you deliver?+
LOD increases progressively from design through construction to operations. We model at the appropriate level for each stage to meet submission deadlines without over-modelling. If you have specific Model Content Requirements, share them before we begin.
Do you provide surveying or scan to BIM services?+
We don't provide surveying or scanning services. However, if you already have point cloud data, our BIM team can work with you to incorporate it into your BIM submissions.
