We build IFC+SG compliant BIM models so you stay focused on design
Quality BIM models for architects & consultants, built to Singapore's CORENET X BIM submission standards — from conceptual design through tender and construction phase.
Our Certifications

Here's why architects and design firms trust us with their BIM requirements
Send us your SketchUp massing models, Revit files, or 2D schematic drawings — we convert them into fully coordinated BIM. No workflow disruption.
IFC+SG compliant models, validated before each submission to facilitate BCA BIM standards. We protect you from Written Directions so your project timeline stays intact.
BIM models that contractors can actually build from — coordinated, clash-free, and code-compliant at every stage.
Share your SketchUp massing model, Revit files, or even PDF drawings. We scope the work and agree on deliverables and timeline before anything starts.
Our DDM-certified coordinators classify elements, embed the required agency parameters, and validate the model against CORENET X compliance rules for URA, BCA, and all relevant agencies.
You receive a coordinated, clash-free BIM model validated for CORENET X submission — and 2D deliverables where agencies still require them, with ongoing revision management support.
Fewer delays. Fewer surprises.
Every model we deliver is validated against CORENET X requirements — including IFC+SG parameter checks for URA, BCA, PUB, NEA, and LTA. We flag and fix issues before you submit to limit the risk of revisions.

We act as your representative, working with BIM Coordinators across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to reduce compliance risks and achieve approval success — clash-detected and geo-coordinated before they reach the contractor.
We build BIM models that actually work — containing the information and detail required to facilitate downstream construction success.
Construction Use CasesWe work in the tools your team already uses — Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and more — so there's no friction in your design workflow.
We prepare and coordinate the full IFC+SG model for CORENET X submission. Note that under Singapore regulations, only the Qualified Person (an Architect or Professional Engineer) may access the CORENET X portal to make the actual submission — we do the preparation work, you retain QP authority and submit.
We resolve it. Written Directions typically flag missing or incorrect model parameters. Our team diagnoses the issue, corrects the model, and supports you with the resubmission — with same-day turnaround for urgent cases.
Yes. We run every model through IFC+SG validation checks — including agency-specific parameter requirements for URA, BCA, PUB, NEA, and LTA — before it reaches you for submission. We also support model federation across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
SketchUp is not a BIM model. Our BIM managers will work with you to redevelop the SketchUp model in your preferred BIM software — Revit, ArchiCAD, or IFC.
Revit, ArchiCAD, OpenBuildings, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, and others. We also support OpenBIM/IFC workflows where required.
LOD increases progressively from design through construction. For architecture firms, we recommend developing up to LOD 300. The construction model (up to LOD 500) should be the responsibility of your contractor.
We model items within your contractual scope. For architects, this typically refers to the design model and does not include the structural model or building services.
We provide a Common Data Environment for your project. When designs update, we revise the model for your review. Once approved, we issue the updated BIM deliverables.
Yes. Training helps your supply chain understand BIM workflows and project expectations. Preferential rates are available through our partnership with Ace Industrial Academy.
Pricing is project-based, depending on duration, complexity, and number of disciplines. View package details.
