Can you handle our CORENET X submission?+
We prepare and coordinate the full IFC+SG model for CORENET X submission. Note that under Singapore regulations, only the Qualified Person (an Architect or Professional Engineer) may access the CORENET X portal to make the actual submission — we do the preparation work, you retain QP authority and submit.
What happens if we receive a Written Direction?+
We resolve it. Written Directions typically flag missing or incorrect model parameters. Our team diagnoses the issue, corrects the model, and supports you with the resubmission — with same-day turnaround for urgent cases.
Do you validate models against IFC+SG requirements before submission?+
Yes. We run every model through IFC+SG validation checks — including agency-specific parameter requirements for URA, BCA, PUB, NEA, and LTA — before it reaches you for submission. We also support model federation across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Can you convert SketchUp to BIM or Revit?+
SketchUp is not a BIM model. Our BIM managers will work with you to redevelop the SketchUp model in your preferred BIM software — Revit, ArchiCAD, or IFC.
What BIM software do you use?+
Revit, ArchiCAD, OpenBuildings, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, and others. We also support OpenBIM/IFC workflows where required.
What Level of Detail do you deliver?+
LOD increases progressively from design through construction. For architecture firms, we recommend developing up to LOD 300. The construction model (up to LOD 500) should be the responsibility of your contractor.
What's included in the scope?+
We model items within your contractual scope. For architects, this typically refers to the design model and does not include the structural model or building services.
How do you handle design changes?+
We provide a Common Data Environment for your project. When designs update, we revise the model for your review. Once approved, we issue the updated BIM deliverables.
Do you provide BIM training?+
Yes. Training helps your supply chain understand BIM workflows and project expectations. Preferential rates are available through our partnership with Ace Industrial Academy.
