Revit Family Modelling
Custom Revit families built to your project's LOD and information requirements. Send us a spec sheet, technical drawing, or an existing family that needs fixing — we deliver accurate, lightweight models fast.

Our Certifications

Trusted by Contractors
Complex projects have contractual requirements that require BIM submissions. We help you achieve that.
Built from Scratch
Already have a Revit family that was rejected? We fix it. Starting from a spec sheet? We build it from scratch. No need to explain where things went wrong.
Code-Compliant Models
Families are built to the LOD and BCA shared parameter requirements for CORENET X COP submission — correct IFC mapping included from the start.
Fast Turnaround
Most families delivered within a month. If a project is waiting on you, tell us and we will prioritise accordingly.
How It Works
The same simple process whether you are starting from a spec sheet or an existing family that needs fixing.
Share Files
Send a datasheet, CAD file, or existing Revit Family. We scope and quote within one working day
Modelling & Coordination
We build or fix the family to the project's Level of Detail or Level of Information Requirements
Quality Check & Handover
Tested in a live Revit model and ready for submission
BIM Object Development
Our approach to developing code compliant BIM models

Correct Geometry and Detail
Level of Detail (LOD) defines how detailed the 3D models must be. Creating BIM at the appropriate LOD facilitates on-time delivery of BIM models. We build to the LOD the project specifies — or advise if you have not been told.

BIM Information Requirements
Most clients require BIM to be modelled to a specific LOD and Level of Information (LOI). A model that looks correct in Revit but exports with missing parameters will eventually result in a failed submission. We build according to the required LOI from the start to avoid such problems.

Performance and Compatibility
Poorly structured geometry slows model coordination and can lead to rejections. Our BIM experts are domain specialists who develop models according to industry best practices.

Frequently Asked Questions
I already have a Revit family but it was rejected — can you fix it?+
Yes. Send us the family file and any rejection notes or project requirements from the BIM manager.
Common reasons for rejection include wrong LOD, missing IFC parameters, oversized file weight, or a family built for an older Revit version. We assess it, confirm what needs to change, and fix it — you do not need to start over.
What do I need to send you to get started?+
Send us whatever product information you have — a datasheet, technical drawing, CAD file, brochure PDF, or an existing Revit family.
If you have project requirements from the BIM manager (LOD level, required parameters, IFC property sets), include those too. We will review and tell you if anything is missing before we begin.
How fast can you turn this around? I have a deadline.+
Most families are delivered within a month.
If you have a hard project deadline, tell us when you enquire and we will confirm whether we can meet it. Rush turnaround is available for urgent submissions.
How much does it cost?+
Pricing depends on the complexity of the product, the LOD required, and the number of size variations.
A straightforward architectural fitting at LOD 300 costs less than a fully parametric MEP component at LOD 400 with IFC mapping and a type catalog. We provide a fixed quote after reviewing your product information — no open-ended billing.
What does 'compliant' mean — what are LOD and LOI?+
LOD (Level of Detail) describes how geometrically accurate the family needs to be. LOD 200 is a placeholder shape; LOD 400 is accurate enough to fabricate from.
LOI (Level of Information) describes the data the family must carry — product code, material, fire rating, manufacturer, and other fields required by the relevant authority. In Singapore this means meeting the shared parameter requirements set by BCA, HDB, or LTA depending on the project. These parameters must also map correctly to IFC property sets for the submission to pass.
A compliant family has the right geometry for the required LOD and the right data for the required LOI.
I only need one product modelled — is that okay?+
Yes. We work on single products and large product ranges equally.
If you have one product that needs to be in Revit for a specific project or to get in front of specifiers, that is a perfectly normal brief.
Will the family work in the project model without causing problems?+
Every family we deliver is tested in a live Revit model before handover. We check that geometry loads correctly, parameters behave as expected, MEP connectors route properly where applicable, and file size is appropriate for use in a large coordinated model.
We deliver both the native Revit file and an openBIM / IFC export. The open format ensures the family is usable across most BIM environments, not just Revit.
If the BIM manager finds a problem after delivery, we fix it.

BIM Quality Assured
Send us your spec sheet, existing RFA, or downloaded family and we will deliver a CORENET X-compliant file that passes BIM coordination review. Fixed price, no BIM knowledge required on your end.
